Safe action boundaries

  • Capsa does not send email. Use a connected email provider after review and confirmation.
  • Capsa data may be up to 24 hours old, so same-day operational decisions should be verified.
  • Your Capsa administrator controls which connector capabilities are available to each teammate.
  • Completion is never recorded just because a draft was created.

Need access?

Capsa connector access is managed inside the Capsa app by your company administrator. Ask your administrator to enable the Capsa connector for your user, then return to Claude and connect.
